Oversee the Food Safety and Quality department to ensure that all products meet safety and quality standards set by PepsiCo and regulatory agencies.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure food safety and quality throughout the production and supply chain.<\/p>\n
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of food safety and quality programs, making necessary improvements and adjustments as needed.<\/p>\n
Lead a team of food safety and quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and resources to ensure their success.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential food safety and quality risks and implement solutions.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to food safety and quality management, and incorporate them into departmental strategies.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as suppliers and regulatory agencies, to ensure alignment and compliance with food safety and quality standards.<\/p>\n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operations and ensure that food safety and quality standards are met.<\/p>\n
Represent PepsiCo in food safety and quality-related meetings, conferences, and other industry events.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze data related to food safety and quality, and provide regular reports to senior management.<\/p>\n
Act as a point of contact for any food safety and quality-related inquiries or concerns from internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Foster a culture of food safety and quality throughout the organization, promoting awareness and compliance at all levels.<\/p>\n
Ensure that all employees are trained and educated on food safety and quality practices, and provide ongoing support and resources to maintain compliance.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards, and ensure that all team members do the same.<\/p>\n

Extensive Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations: A Senior Department Manager At Pepsico Must Possess A Strong Understanding Of Food Safety Regulations At The Local, State, And Federal Levels. This Includes Knowledge Of Fda, Usda, And Cdc Guidelines.<\/p>\n
