Develop and execute creative and effective strategies for promoting PepsiCo’s employer brand to students and potential candidates.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the campus recruitment team to identify and target top-tier universities and student organizations to build relationships and increase brand recognition.<\/p>\n
Design and implement initiatives to attract and engage first-generation college students for internships and full-time roles within PepsiCo.<\/p>\n
Conduct research and analyze data to gain insights on the latest trends and best practices in employer branding and campus recruitment.<\/p>\n
Create and manage social media content and campaigns to showcase PepsiCo’s commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.<\/p>\n
Assist in planning and executing campus events and activities, such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events, to promote PepsiCo as an employer of choice.<\/p>\n
Serve as a brand ambassador and communicate PepsiCo’s values and culture to potential candidates.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain relationships with diversity and inclusion organizations and initiatives.<\/p>\n
Provide support in developing marketing materials and presentations to showcase PepsiCo’s employer brand and campus recruitment efforts.<\/p>\n
Monitor and track the success of employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives, and provide regular reports to the team.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance PepsiCo’s employer branding and campus recruitment strategies.<\/p>\n
Act as a mentor and resource for first-generation college students within PepsiCo and assist in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for them.<\/p>\n
