Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking HR support and guidance.<\/p>\n
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.<\/p>\n
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.<\/p>\n
Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with managers and HR Business Partners to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.<\/p>\n
Assist in the implementation and execution of company-wide HR initiatives.<\/p>\n
Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the employee experience.<\/p>\n
Serve as a brand ambassador for PepsiCo, promoting our culture and values to current and potential employees.<\/p>\n
Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.<\/p>\n
Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.<\/p>\n
Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR-related topics and issues.<\/p>\n
Assist in the planning and execution of company events and activities to promote employee engagement and morale.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Employment Laws, Compensation And Benefits, And Performance Management<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships And Effectively Resolve Conflicts<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience With Hris And Other Hr Technology Platforms, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite<\/p>\n
