Develop, implement, and maintain a robust PLM identity and access management system to ensure secure access to company systems and protect confidential information.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze system access logs and security events to identify any potential security threats or breaches.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and assess security policies and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate potential risks.<\/p>\n
Train and educate employees on data security best practices and procedures to promote a culture of security awareness within the company.<\/p>\n
Serve as the primary point of contact for all identity and access management related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolution.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging security threats, and make recommendations for implementing new tools and technologies to enhance security measures.<\/p>\n
Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure proper access controls are in place for new systems and applications.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain documentation for identity and access management processes and procedures.<\/p>\n
Act as a liaison between IT and other departments to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify and address potential security gaps and vulnerabilities within the PLM system.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure secure access to company systems.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve the PLM identity and access management system to ensure it meets the changing needs of the company.<\/p>\n
Participate in incident response and investigation activities as needed.<\/p>\n
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, promoting a strong and knowledgeable security team.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Identity And Access Management (Iam) And Security, Preferably In A Plm (Product Lifecycle Management) Environment.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Iam Concepts, Standards, And Protocols (E.g. Saml, Oauth, Ldap).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience With Iam Tools And Technologies, Such As Okta, Sailpoint, And Cyberark.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards Related To Iam And Data Security, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa.<\/p>\n
