Lead a team of engineers to develop and maintain systems and processes for financial operations.<\/p>\n
Ensure the team delivers high-quality and innovative technology solutions that meet the needs of the Finance department.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and drive efficiency.<\/p>\n
Set strategic goals and objectives for the team and create plans to achieve them.<\/p>\n
Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.<\/p>\n
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.<\/p>\n
Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology and finance, and make recommendations for adoption of new tools and processes.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.<\/p>\n
