Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts with a focus on maximizing benefits and minimizing risks.<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough legal analysis of potential partnerships to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential partnership opportunities and develop strategies for pursuing them.<\/p>\n
Serve as a subject matter expert on legal issues related to partnerships and provide guidance and support to internal teams.<\/p>\n
Conduct due diligence on potential partners to assess their legal standing and reputation.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify and mitigate potential legal risks associated with partnerships.<\/p>\n
Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners, including conducting regular reviews and addressing any legal issues that may arise.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to partnerships and make recommendations for new partnership opportunities.<\/p>\n
Continuously monitor and evaluate the success and effectiveness of partnerships, and make adjustments as needed to ensure their continued success.<\/p>\n
Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of partnership strategies.<\/p>\n
Mentor and provide guidance to junior legal team members and other internal teams involved in partnership development.<\/p>\n
Represent the company in legal matters related to partnerships, including negotiating and resolving disputes.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation related to partnerships.<\/p>\n
