Foster a culture of leadership and excellence within the program.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with industry professionals to design and deliver relevant training materials.<\/p>\n
Monitor the progress of participants and provide feedback and support as needed.<\/p>\n
Create opportunities for participants to gain hands-on experience in the service industry.<\/p>\n
Evaluate the effectiveness of the program and make necessary adjustments for improvement.<\/p>\n
Represent the program and the organization at recruitment events and other relevant platforms.<\/p>\n
