Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions on behalf of the company.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.<\/p>\n
Assist with training and mentoring junior legal team members.<\/p>\n
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.<\/p>\n
