Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Engineers, Setting Clear Goals And Expectations, And Driving Results Through Effective Communication And Decision-Making.<\/p>\n

Technical Expertise: A Strong Understanding Of Engineering Principles And Practices, With A Focus On Automotive Technology. Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations Is Also Preferred.<\/p>\n
