Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Enterprise Data Platforms team, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage a team of product managers, data analysts, and data engineers in the development, implementation, and maintenance of data platforms.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and business intelligence, to identify and prioritize data platform needs.<\/p>\n
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies in data platforms and integrate them into the company’s strategy.<\/p>\n
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of data platforms on business objectives.<\/p>\n
Ensure data platforms are compliant with industry regulations and standards, including data security and privacy.<\/p>\n
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in data platform capabilities, processes, and tools.<\/p>\n
Communicate regularly with senior management, providing updates on data platform initiatives and performance.<\/p>\n
Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth.<\/p>\n
