Provide legal guidance and support to the claims handling team and other departments within the company.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategies for the efficient resolution of commercial claims.<\/p>\n
Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with insurance laws and regulations.<\/p>\n
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to negotiate and resolve claims.<\/p>\n
Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.<\/p>\n
Represent the company in court proceedings and other legal proceedings.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on changes in insurance laws and industry best practices related to commercial claims.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal teams to improve claims handling processes and procedures.<\/p>\n
Provide training and guidance to claims adjusters on legal matters related to commercial claims.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and organized records of case files and legal documents.<\/p>\n
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.<\/p>\n
