Monitor and analyze product performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including underwriters, brokers, and agents.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure product offerings are in line with legal standards.<\/p>\n
Train and educate team members on specialty insurance products to ensure a thorough understanding and successful implementation.<\/p>\n
Provide support to sales and marketing teams to effectively promote and sell specialty insurance products.<\/p>\n
Analyze and manage product pricing, including rate changes and discounts.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with claims department to ensure efficient and effective handling of claims related to specialty insurance products.<\/p>\n
Continuously monitor and analyze competitor products and strategies, making recommendations for improvement.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage a team of product specialists and assistants, providing guidance, feedback, and support.<\/p>\n
Develop and manage budgets for specialty insurance products.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth and efficient product implementation and maintenance.<\/p>\n
