Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Auto Damage Adjusting, Preferably Within The Insurance Industry.<\/p>\n

Strong Knowledge Of Vehicle Repair Procedures And Estimating Software, Such As Ccc One Or Mitchell.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Negotiate And Settle Claims Fairly And Efficiently.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proficiency In Analyzing And Interpreting Policy Coverage, Determining Liability, And Evaluating Damages.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Performance Targets, Such As Closing Ratio And Cycle Time, While Maintaining High Levels Of Accuracy And Quality In Claim Handling.<\/p>\n
