Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports in compliance with accounting principles.<\/p>\n
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports to support decision making and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify financial information for reporting purposes.<\/p>\n
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and other financial documents.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide financial insights.<\/p>\n
Keep up-to-date with accounting standards and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.<\/p>\n
Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.<\/p>\n
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting processes.<\/p>\n
Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting process.<\/p>\n
Assist with internal and external audits.<\/p>\n
Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Reporting, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.<\/p>\n

Strong Knowledge Of Gaap And Sec Reporting Requirements.<\/p>\n
