Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on state and federal laws and regulations related to personal auto insurance products.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as underwriting, product development, and marketing to develop and enhance personal auto insurance products.<\/p>\n
Draft and review policy language, endorsements, and other product materials to ensure compliance with legal requirements and accurately reflect coverage.<\/p>\n
Provide legal guidance and support to product development teams to ensure products are tailored to meet the needs of our customers.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits and reviews of personal auto insurance products to identify any legal risks or issues and recommend appropriate actions.<\/p>\n
Work closely with claims and litigation teams to address any legal issues or disputes related to personal auto insurance products.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry groups to stay informed of any changes or updates in laws and regulations.<\/p>\n
Train and educate internal teams on legal requirements and best practices for personal auto insurance products.<\/p>\n
Participate in the review and negotiation of contracts and agreements related to personal auto insurance products.<\/p>\n
Continuously monitor and assess the competitive landscape and make recommendations for improvements or changes to personal auto insurance products.<\/p>\n
