Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets within assigned territory.<\/p>\n
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the territory through networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to discuss insurance options and provide updates on services.<\/p>\n
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure smooth and efficient customer service.<\/p>\n
Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor new sales team members on company products, sales techniques, and best practices.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.<\/p>\n
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s products and services.<\/p>\n
Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend meetings as needed.<\/p>\n
Meet and exceed sales quotas and goals set by the company.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.<\/p>\n
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market trends to management.<\/p>\n
Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company’s values and brand at all times.<\/p>\n
