Develop and execute a strategic plan for the development and implementation of the Conversational Chatbot product, in line with the overall company goals and objectives<\/p>\n
Lead and manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer service, to gather requirements, define product specifications, and prioritize features<\/p>\n
Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities for the chatbot product, and use insights to inform product decisions<\/p>\n
Create and maintain product roadmaps, outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and use data to drive product improvements and optimizations<\/p>\n
Act as a subject matter expert and champion for the Conversational Chatbot product, both internally and externally, and represent the product in meetings and presentations<\/p>\n
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of services and products<\/p>\n
Mentor and provide guidance to junior product team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in conversational AI and technology, and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the product.<\/p>\n
