Lead and mentor program participants, providing guidance and support to help them develop their leadership skills.<\/p>\n
Create and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance participants’ leadership abilities.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with department leaders to identify project opportunities for program participants to gain hands-on experience.<\/p>\n
Monitor and evaluate participants’ progress, providing feedback and coaching to help them reach their full potential.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for program participants.<\/p>\n
Serve as a role model for leadership excellence, demonstrating strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in leadership development to continuously improve the program.<\/p>\n
Create and maintain program materials, including curriculum, handouts, and presentations.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with HR and department leaders to identify potential career opportunities for program graduates within the organization.<\/p>\n
Communicate program updates and progress to senior management.<\/p>\n
Represent Geico Auto Insurance and the Leadership Development Program at career fairs and networking events.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to promote the program and attract top talent.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve the program to ensure its effectiveness and relevance.<\/p>\n
