Troubleshoot and debug code issues, and propose effective solutions.<\/p>\n

Lead and mentor junior engineers, and provide technical guidance and support to ensure project success.<\/p>\n
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.<\/p>\n
Ensure timely delivery of projects by adhering to project timelines and following best practices.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other teams, such as QA and DevOps, to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of software solutions.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify and resolve technical roadblocks and issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Contribute to the development and implementation of coding standards, processes, and procedures.<\/p>\n
Participate in on-call rotation for critical production issues, and provide timely resolutions.<\/p>\n
Continuously monitor and improve the performance and scalability of our Java applications.<\/p>\n
Comply with all company policies and procedures, including security and compliance standards.<\/p>\n
Act as a subject matter expert for Java development and contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of the company.<\/p>\n
