Lead and mentor a team of designers to ensure high-quality and innovative design solutions.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technology, to develop and execute creative design strategies.<\/p>\n
Maintain a strong understanding of Geico’s brand and customer experience goals, and ensure all design work aligns with these objectives.<\/p>\n
Continuously stay updated on design trends and best practices, and bring new ideas and approaches to the team.<\/p>\n
Oversee the design process from concept development to final execution, ensuring all deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.<\/p>\n
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, delegating tasks to team members as needed.<\/p>\n
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support design projects.<\/p>\n
Act as a brand ambassador for Geico, ensuring consistency and cohesiveness across all design materials.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors’ design strategies, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to Geico’s design approach.<\/p>\n
Represent the design team in meetings and presentations to senior leadership, effectively communicating design concepts and strategies.<\/p>\n
Ensure all design work follows legal and compliance guidelines and meets industry standards.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Or Related Field.<\/p>\n

Extensive Knowledge And Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite And Other Design Software.<\/p>\n

Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team Of Designers, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Fostering A Creative And Collaborative Work Environment.<\/p>\n
