Develop and implement legal strategies for the Specialty Lines division to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.<\/p>\n
Provide legal advice and guidance to the business on a wide range of issues related to specialty insurance products.<\/p>\n
Review and approve marketing materials, policy forms, and other documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations impacting the insurance industry.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential legal risks.<\/p>\n
Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations with regulators.<\/p>\n
Train and educate business teams on legal and regulatory requirements related to specialty insurance products.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory agencies.<\/p>\n
Participate in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to specialty insurance products.<\/p>\n
Monitor and report on legal and regulatory developments that could impact the Specialty Lines division and provide recommendations for action.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Insurance Defense Litigation, Preferably In Specialty Lines.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Admitted To Practice Law In At Least One State.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Insurance Regulations And Laws.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
