Investigate and gather all necessary information to accurately determine liability and extent of damages.<\/p>\n
Document all claim information and maintain accurate records.<\/p>\n
Negotiate and settle claims with customers, third-party claimants, and contractors.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other team members, including appraisers and attorneys, to ensure efficient and effective claims handling.<\/p>\n
Analyze and review repair estimates and invoices to ensure fair and accurate pricing.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve claims handling processes.<\/p>\n
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while handling complex and sometimes emotional situations.<\/p>\n
Provide guidance and support to less experienced adjusters within the team.<\/p>\n
