Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Or Related Field.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Courseware Design And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Or Government Setting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proficiency In Instructional Design Principles, Adult Learning Theory, And E-Learning Technologies.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience With Learning Management Systems And Authoring Tools, Such As Articulate Storyline Or Adobe Captivate.<\/p>\n
