Design and develop power and analog systems for advanced technology products.<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough testing and validation of power and analog systems to ensure high quality and reliability.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in power and analog technology to continuously improve designs.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development and testing process.<\/p>\n
Create and maintain detailed documentation of designs, test procedures, and results.<\/p>\n
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers in the team.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.<\/p>\n
Communicate project progress and updates to team members and stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.<\/p>\n
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines.<\/p>\n
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support as needed.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field, Or Equivalent Experience.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Power And Analog Circuit Design, With A Focus On High-Power Applications.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proficiency In Simulation And Design Tools Such As Spice, Cadence, And Matlab.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Power Electronics Principles, Including Converters, Inverters, And Motor Drives.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience With Hardware Testing And Troubleshooting, Including Use Of Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, And Other Lab Equipment.<\/p>\n
