Lead and manage a team of professionals within the Effectors Configuration Management Department.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement effective configuration management processes for effectors products.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations regarding configuration management.<\/p>\n
Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities.<\/p>\n
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and taking corrective action when necessary.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve configuration management issues.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments and external suppliers.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in configuration management practices.<\/p>\n
Develop and manage budgets for the department, ensuring efficient use of resources.<\/p>\n
Act as a mentor and role model for team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.<\/p>\n
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the department.<\/p>\n
