Oversee the integration and testing of undersea systems to ensure their successful deployment and operation.<\/p>\n
Manage and lead a team of technicians and engineers in the integration and testing process.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans and procedures.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze test results to identify and troubleshoot any issues.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain documentation for the integration and testing process.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols during the integration and testing process.<\/p>\n
Communicate project status and updates to key stakeholders, including management and customers.<\/p>\n
Manage project schedules and budgets to meet project deadlines and financial targets.<\/p>\n
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of integration and testing.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with advancements in undersea technology and incorporate them into the integration and testing process.<\/p>\n
Mentor and train team members to develop their technical and leadership skills.<\/p>\n
Represent the company in meetings with clients and other external parties.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.<\/p>\n
