Develop and implement innovative thermal design solutions for Dell products, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage a team of engineers to drive thermal design projects and initiatives.<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough analyses and simulations to identify potential thermal issues and develop effective solutions.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal design considerations into product development process.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in thermal engineering to continuously improve Dell’s thermal design capabilities.<\/p>\n
Act as a subject matter expert on thermal design and provide guidance and support to other engineers.<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough testing and validation of thermal solutions to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.<\/p>\n
Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to thermal design during product development and post-launch.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of thermal design processes, methodologies, and results.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with suppliers and partners to source and evaluate components and materials for thermal design.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.<\/p>\n
Continuously improve and optimize thermal design processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Or Related Field.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Thermal Design And Analysis, Preferably In The Computer Hardware Industry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge Of Thermal Management Principles, Including Heat Transfer, Fluid Dynamics, And Thermodynamics.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proficiency In Thermal Simulation And Analysis Software Such As Ansys, Flotherm, Or Icepak.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Project Management Skills And The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams To Develop Thermal Solutions For Complex Systems.<\/p>\n
