Develop and maintain BIOS software for Dell’s server systems in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.<\/p>\n
Continuously push the boundaries of technology to drive innovation and enhance the performance and capabilities of our server systems.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in server architecture to ensure Dell’s software remains cutting-edge.<\/p>\n
Debug and troubleshoot BIOS software issues, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain high-quality standards.<\/p>\n
Work closely with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of BIOS software with server hardware.<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough testing and validation of BIOS software to ensure stability and compatibility with various server configurations.<\/p>\n
Document and maintain detailed technical specifications, user manuals, and other relevant documentation for BIOS software.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the product management team to define and prioritize software features and enhancements.<\/p>\n
Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain a high level of code quality and consistency.<\/p>\n
