Oversee all tax-related activities, including preparation and filing of tax returns, tax planning, and compliance with state and federal tax laws and regulations.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company’s tax liability and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.<\/p>\n
Manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.<\/p>\n
Review and analyze financial data to identify potential tax issues and opportunities for tax savings.<\/p>\n
Communicate with internal stakeholders, including finance and legal teams, to ensure all tax-related matters are accurately reported and resolved in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Research and stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations, advising the company on any potential impact to operations.<\/p>\n
Coordinate and manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other third-party providers.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment on tax-related matters.<\/p>\n
Prepare and present tax reports and presentations to senior management and other key stakeholders.<\/p>\n
