Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect Dell’s global network and systems, in line with company standards and industry best practices.<\/p>\n
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing security measures and recommend improvements as needed.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security requirements are integrated into all aspects of Dell’s business operations.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve the company’s security posture.<\/p>\n
Lead incident response efforts in the event of a security breach and provide timely and thorough reports to stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a security-conscious culture within the company.<\/p>\n
Manage and maintain security tools and systems, ensuring their proper functioning and effectiveness.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain documentation related to security policies, procedures, and processes.<\/p>\n
Provide technical guidance and support to other members of the cybersecurity team and assist in the training and development of junior team members.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to implement security solutions and stay informed about potential threats and vulnerabilities.<\/p>\n
Participate in project planning and provide security expertise and recommendations to ensure security measures are included in all new initiatives.<\/p>\n
Lead and participate in audits and compliance assessments to ensure Dell’s adherence to relevant regulations and standards.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on security initiatives, incidents, and risks.<\/p>\n
Act as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity matters and represent Dell in industry events and forums.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity Engineering And Operations, Preferably In A Large Organization.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge And Expertise In Developing And Implementing Security Policies, Procedures, And Protocols.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Network And System Security Principles, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection\/Prevention Systems, And Encryption Methods.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Cisa Are Highly Preferred, Along With Experience In Risk Assessment And Management.<\/p>\n
