Develop and implement Dell’s privacy strategy in alignment with global privacy regulations.<\/p>\n
Provide legal advice and guidance on privacy matters to internal teams, including product development, marketing, and human resources.<\/p>\n
Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential privacy risks.<\/p>\n
Monitor and stay up-to-date on changes in privacy laws and regulations and communicate their impact to relevant stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure privacy compliance in all aspects of the business.<\/p>\n
Review and negotiate privacy-related contracts and agreements.<\/p>\n
Develop and deliver privacy training and education programs for employees.<\/p>\n
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints related to privacy.<\/p>\n
Conduct internal investigations and audits to ensure compliance with privacy policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Advise on privacy-related incidents and breaches and assist with appropriate remediation actions.<\/p>\n
Represent Dell in privacy-related legal proceedings, including litigation and regulatory inquiries.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with external counsel and other consultants as needed.<\/p>\n
Maintain and update Dell’s privacy policies, procedures, and notices.<\/p>\n
Participate in industry working groups and forums to stay informed and influence privacy-related laws and regulations.<\/p>\n
Uphold Dell’s commitment to data protection and privacy by promoting a culture of privacy awareness and compliance throughout the organization.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Practicing Attorney, With A Focus On Privacy And Data Protection Laws.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Global Privacy Regulations, Including Gdpr And Ccpa.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience Advising And Counseling Clients On Data Privacy Issues, Including Data Breach Response And Compliance Programs.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Legal Concepts To Non-Legal Stakeholders.<\/p>\n
