Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.<\/p>\n
Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional condition to nursing staff.<\/p>\n
Assist with medication administration and ensure accurate documentation.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, following infection control and safety protocols.<\/p>\n
Participate in care planning and provide input on residents’ needs and preferences.<\/p>\n
Foster positive relationships with residents and their families, promoting a person-centered approach to care.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with team members and report any concerns or issues to the appropriate supervisor.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Attend training and education sessions to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n
Uphold the dignity and respect of residents at all times, promoting a culture of compassion and empathy.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to residents.<\/p>\n
Ensure residents’ rights are respected and upheld.<\/p>\n
Assist with restorative and rehabilitative activities as directed by the nursing staff.<\/p>\n
Attend and actively participate in team meetings and resident care conferences.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided to residents.<\/p>\n

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) At Pruitthealth Must Have At Least A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.<\/p>\n

Completion Of A State-Approved Cna Training Program: Candidates Must Have Completed A State-Approved Cna Training Program And Have A Valid Certification.<\/p>\n
