Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations.<\/p>\n
Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and assessments of patients’ needs.<\/p>\n
Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning to plan and implement effective interventions.<\/p>\n
Monitor and document patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families on techniques for improving function and independence.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient treatments and progress.<\/p>\n
Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.<\/p>\n
Stay current with advancements and changes in the field of occupational therapy through continuing education and professional development.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate a commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.<\/p>\n
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and improvement of departmental policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Maintain a safe and clean working environment and adhere to infection control protocols.<\/p>\n
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.<\/p>\n
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with HIPAA regulations.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to facilitate a seamless transition from hospital to home for patients.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Certification From The National Board For Certification In Occupational Therapy (Nbcot).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
A Bachelor’s Degree In Occupational Therapy From An Accredited Institution.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
A State License To Practice As An Occupational Therapist.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Skilled Nursing Or Rehabilitation Facility.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Various Physical, Cognitive, And Developmental Disabilities And How They Impact Daily Functioning.<\/p>\n
