Provide compassionate and high-quality care to residents in accordance with state and federal regulations.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.<\/p>\n
Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the appropriate medical staff.<\/p>\n
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each resident.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and adhere to infection control protocols.<\/p>\n
Participate in staff meetings and continuing education to stay current on best practices and industry standards.<\/p>\n
Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.<\/p>\n
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of care for residents.<\/p>\n
Display a positive and professional attitude towards residents, families, and coworkers.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Current Lpn License: Candidates Must Possess A Valid And Current License As A Licensed Practical Nurse In The State Where They Will Be Working.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Education And Training: Candidates Should Have Completed An Accredited Program In Practical Nursing And Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Clinical Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Clinical Experience, Preferably In A Long-Term Care Or Skilled Nursing Facility.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Communication Skills: Lpns Must Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, In Order To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.<\/p>\n
