Provide compassionate and dedicated nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.<\/p>\n
Monitor and assess resident’s health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on resident’s needs and goals.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents.<\/p>\n
Educate residents and their families on health management and disease prevention.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.<\/p>\n
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents.<\/p>\n
Serve as an advocate for residents and ensure their needs and preferences are respected and addressed.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.<\/p>\n
Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training.<\/p>\n
Adhere to ethical and professional standards of nursing practice.<\/p>\n
Display a positive attitude and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment.<\/p>\n

Knowledge Of Nursing Principles, Procedures, And Techniques As Well As Laws, Regulations, And Guidelines Governing Long-Term Care.<\/p>\n
