Oversee and manage the nursing staff during weekend shifts, ensuring that all patient care needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular rounds to assess patient status and address any issues or concerns.<\/p>\n
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including coaching and training as needed.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes and medication administration.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing any questions or concerns and providing updates on patient care.<\/p>\n
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and make recommendations for improvement.<\/p>\n
Serve as a role model for the nursing staff, demonstrating compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.<\/p>\n
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance patient care services and processes.<\/p>\n
