Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to patients according to their individual care plans.<\/p>\n
Ensure that all dietary requirements and restrictions are met for each patient.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.<\/p>\n
Monitor and record patient food and beverage intake.<\/p>\n
Assist in inventory management and ordering of food and supplies.<\/p>\n
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and serving food.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members.<\/p>\n
Provide excellent customer service and address any patient concerns or requests.<\/p>\n
Assist with special dietary needs and accommodations as directed by healthcare team.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to food service.<\/p>\n
Attend and participate in staff meetings and trainings as required.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other dietary staff to ensure smooth and efficient meal service.<\/p>\n
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to improve the quality of service and care provided to patients.<\/p>\n
