Manage the entire admissions process for Lakeside, a PruittHealth facility, including reviewing and processing admission inquiries, coordinating with staff and families, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Serve as the main point of contact for families and healthcare professionals seeking admission to Lakeside, providing compassionate and responsive communication throughout the process.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and community partners to increase admissions and promote the facility’s services.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess potential admissions and determine appropriate level of care for each patient or resident.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to admissions, including HIPAA, state and federal guidelines, and ethical standards.<\/p>\n
Conduct tours of the facility for potential residents and families, showcasing the high-quality care and services offered at Lakeside.<\/p>\n
Coordinate with the billing department to ensure accurate and timely processing of admissions and insurance information.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain occupancy levels and provide regular reports to senior management on admissions, discharges, and waitlists.<\/p>\n
Stay current on industry trends, market changes, and competitor facilities to make recommendations for improving the admissions process and increasing admissions.<\/p>\n
Participate in marketing and outreach efforts, such as attending community events and networking with healthcare professionals, to promote Lakeside and maintain a strong referral network.<\/p>\n
