Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support progress outside of therapy sessions.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.<\/p>\n
