Provide exceptional care and support to patients in accordance with PruittHealth’s mission and values.<\/p>\n
Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.<\/p>\n
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.<\/p>\n
Monitor patients’ physical and emotional well-being, and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive and individualized care for each resident.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Universal Worker Al Must Have A Basic Education To Effectively Communicate With Residents And Team Members, As Well As Understand And Follow Written Instructions.<\/p>\n

Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: This Qualification Ensures That The Universal Worker Al Has Proper Training In Basic Nursing Skills, Such As Taking Vital Signs, Assisting With Activities Of Daily Living, And Providing Personal Care.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience In Assisted Living: Previous Experience In An Assisted Living Facility Or Similar Setting Is Preferred, As It Demonstrates Knowledge Of The Specific Needs And Challenges Of This Population.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Compassion And Empathy: A Universal Worker Al Must Have A Genuine Desire To Help Others And Be Able To Show Empathy And Understanding Towards Residents And Their Families.<\/p>\n
