<\/p>\n
Operate and maintain commercial laundry equipment, including washers and dryers<\/p>\n
Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and personal laundry items according to established procedures<\/p>\n
Distribute clean linens and personal laundry items to assigned areas<\/p>\n
Inspect linens for stains, tears, and other damages<\/p>\n
Report any damages or malfunctions of equipment to supervisor<\/p>\n
Follow infection control and safety protocols to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a clean and hygienic environment<\/p>\n
Maintain inventory of linens and personal laundry items and report any shortages to supervisor<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with residents and staff to ensure their laundry needs are met in a timely manner<\/p>\n
Keep laundry area clean and organized<\/p>\n
Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure quality of care and resident satisfaction<\/p>\n
Attend trainings and meetings as required by the facility<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the resident experience<\/p>\n
Maintain confidentiality of resident information and adhere to HIPAA regulations<\/p>\n
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times<\/p>\n

Ability To Lift Up To 50 Pounds And Stand For Extended Periods Of Time<\/p>\n
