Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on their needs and medical history.<\/p>\n
Provide primary care services including physical exams, diagnoses, and treatments.<\/p>\n
Prescribe medication and provide patient education on proper usage and potential side effects.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Master’s Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Nurse Practitioner From An Accredited Program.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Active And Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License In The State Of Georgia.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Nurse Practitioner In A Primary Care Or Acute Care Setting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Certification From A Recognized National Certifying Body, Such As The American Nurses Credentialing Center (Ancc) Or American Academy Of Nurse Practitioners (Aanp).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Clinical Assessment And Diagnostic Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Patient Care Plans Independently.<\/p>\n
