To be considered for this role, you must have a valid LPN license and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.<\/p>\n

Provide compassionate and high-quality care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.<\/p>\n

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.<\/p>\n

Monitor and document residents’ medical conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.<\/p>\n

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans for residents.<\/p>\n

Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed.<\/p>\n

Educate and counsel residents and their families on healthcare needs and treatments.<\/p>\n

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each resident.<\/p>\n

Adhere to all legal and ethical standards of nursing practice.<\/p>\n

Follow infection control and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of residents and staff.<\/p>\n

Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and procedures.<\/p>\n

Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.<\/p>\n

Continuously strive to improve the quality of care and services provided to residents.<\/p>\n

Demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding towards residents and their families.<\/p>\n

Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.<\/p>\n

Maintain confidentiality of resident information at all times.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n

Valid Lpn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Current License As A Licensed Practical Nurse Issued By The State Regulatory Board.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Prior Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience As An Lpn In A Healthcare Setting Is Preferred.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Availability For Sunday Shift: The Candidate Must Be Available To Work On Sundays And Have A Flexible Schedule To Accommodate Any Changes In The Work Schedule.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Knowledge And Skills: The Candidate Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Nursing Principles, Procedures, And Techniques, As Well As The Ability To Perform Basic Nursing Functions Such As Wound Care, Medication Administration, And Patient Assessment.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Team Player: The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills To Collaborate Effectively With Other Healthcare Professionals And Provide Quality Patient Care. A Positive And Compassionate Attitude Towards Patients And Their Families Is Also Essential.<\/p>\n
