Provide high-quality and compassionate nursing care to patients in accordance with company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients’ response to them.<\/p>\n
Observe and report any changes in patients’ conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and behaviors.<\/p>\n
Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in various medical procedures.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.<\/p>\n
Ensure that all safety and infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.<\/p>\n
Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.<\/p>\n
Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve clinical skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.<\/p>\n
Act as an advocate for patients’ rights and needs.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA guidelines.<\/p>\n
