Provide compassionate and skilled care to patients in accordance with PruittHealth’s standards and procedures.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.<\/p>\n
Monitor and assess patient’s health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, care plans, and progress notes.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to provide exceptional customer service.<\/p>\n
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on current healthcare practices and procedures.<\/p>\n
Maintain a valid nursing license and adhere to all state and federal regulations.<\/p>\n
