Provide high-quality and personalized care to patients in their homes.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.<\/p>\n
Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.<\/p>\n
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members.<\/p>\n
Follow all infection control and safety protocols.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the supervising nurse and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.<\/p>\n
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.<\/p>\n
Remain knowledgeable about current healthcare practices and trends.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients and their families.<\/p>\n
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult times.<\/p>\n
Adhere to company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.<\/p>\n
