Provide compassionate care: The primary responsibility of the Occupational Therapist will be to provide compassionate care to patients in their own homes. This includes understanding their individual needs and developing personalized treatment plans to help them improve their quality of life.<\/p>\n
Conduct assessments: The OT will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of each patient’s physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities. This will help in identifying areas that require intervention and developing appropriate treatment plans.<\/p>\n
Create treatment plans: Based on the assessments, the OT will create individualized treatment plans for each patient. These plans should be tailored to the patient’s specific needs and goals, and should be regularly reviewed and updated as needed.<\/p>\n
Provide therapy sessions: The OT will be responsible for carrying out therapy sessions as per the treatment plans. These sessions may include a variety of activities and exercises to help patients improve their mobility, strength, and overall functioning.<\/p>\n
