Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in accordance with PruittHealth’s standards and policies.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.<\/p>\n
Monitor and assess patient’s physical and emotional well-being, and report any changes or concerns to appropriate team members.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.<\/p>\n
Document patient care activities, treatments, and medications accurately and in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.<\/p>\n
Ensure patient safety by adhering to infection control protocols and following all safety regulations.<\/p>\n
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with patients, families, and team members.<\/p>\n
Serve as an advocate for patients and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure their needs are met.<\/p>\n
Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training opportunities.<\/p>\n
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote patient safety and improve care outcomes.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate professionalism and maintain confidentiality at all times.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Current Rn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Current And Valid Rn License In The State Where They Will Be Working.<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution Is Required For This Position.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Clinical Experience: The Candidate Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Long-Term Care Or Skilled Nursing.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Cpr Certification: The Candidate Must Hold A Current Cpr Certification From The American Heart Association Or The American Red Cross.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.<\/p>\n
