Develop and maintain relationships with key community partners, including healthcare providers, social service agencies, and senior living facilities.<\/p>\n
Promote PruittHealth’s home health services to potential clients and referral sources through networking events, community outreach, and other marketing efforts.<\/p>\n
Educate the community about the benefits of home health services and how they can improve the quality of life for individuals in need of care.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within PruittHealth to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of services to clients.<\/p>\n
Utilize data and market research to identify potential areas for growth and develop strategic plans for expanding our home health services within the community.<\/p>\n
Represent PruittHealth at community events, conferences, and health fairs to increase awareness and visibility of our organization.<\/p>\n
Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and our home health team to ensure their needs are being met and any concerns are addressed promptly.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of community partnerships, marketing efforts, and client referrals for reporting purposes.<\/p>\n
Stay current on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to effectively communicate with community partners and potential clients.<\/p>\n
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing strategies and make necessary adjustments to meet organizational goals.<\/p>\n
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving outreach efforts and enhancing relationships with community partners.<\/p>\n
