Help develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.<\/p>\n
Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team.<\/p>\n
Provide hands-on assistance to patients during therapy sessions.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and exercises.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized therapy area.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Associate’s Degree In Occupational Therapy Assistant Program From An Accredited Institution: This Qualification Demonstrates The Necessary Education And Training In Occupational Therapy Principles And Techniques.<\/p>\n

State Licensure Or Certification: Most States Require Occupational Therapy Assistants To Be Licensed Or Certified In Order To Practice. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The Necessary Standards And Regulations For Providing Occupational Therapy Services.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Occupational Therapy Assistants Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. This Includes Listening To Patients’ Needs And Concerns, As Well As Collaborating With Other Team Members To Develop Treatment Plans.<\/p>\n
